"The food was delicious, the service was great! The only issue we had during our experience was the heat in the building. There is one AC unit, but it was unnoticeable and didn't touch the heat. Once that is fixed or updated, I would say this is my preferred Japanese restaurant in Paris."

"I ordered for pick up today and am extremely satisfied with the quality of the sushi. This spot will be my new go-to sushi spot going forward. I ordered the White Tuna sashimi, which were clean, tasting, silky, and melt in your mouth. The Kaizen rolls were also very good, and the Salmon ceviche had great flavor. Absolutely delicious. The house soup was okay, and I thought the soy sauce was too salty for my taste. I would've liked more wasabi and ginger with my meal, but I still give this place 5 stars because the service was good, and the food was phenomenal! If you haven't tried their sushi, it's a must. Dare I say the best sushi in Paris TX? I might try their hibachi next time. Note: if you've never had white tuna before you HAVE to try it."

"My wife and I stopped in last night and had a fantastic meal. We had the White Tuna Sashimi, Volcano Roll, the Yellow Tail Ceviche and the Zen Roll. Everything was fresh and portioned well, and the sweet tea was on point. We'll definitely be coming back."

The entire front-of-house team was charming, attentive, and charismatic, which made the experience even better. The city of Paris is fortunate to have such a wonderful spot. My only recommendation would be to update the website, as it currently links to a Chinese menu that does not reflect the actual offerings, which can be a bit confusing for guests."

"Very nice building if not a little small. Very good food, first time eating raw foods. Ordered a Samurai Poke Bowl with sweet tea. Delicious and on the spicy side. Kinda like a soft, not so chewy gummy; the salmon."
